The Metro Cebu Basketball League’s mission is to relive the glory days of what the old times were, how it was like, and how it was supposed to up to present, on how the game of basketball was sincerely loved by the Cebuanos, by being the premier avenue for the game that we all love right at the heart of the Philippines, or better known as the Queen City of the South.
