The Go for Life Games brings together over 300 older people from across Ireland for a day of fun and leisure games in June each year. Now with heats and 'friendlies' going on across Ireland throughout the year, the Games has become the culmination of a year of fun and activity for sports clubs and social groups across Ireland.
