Anthony Sousa led the University of Toronto Varsity Blues in scoring last season with 10 goals and 6 assists. Sousa was voted as the University of Toronto Athlete of the Week on two separate occasions in 2018. He plays his club football for newly established League 1 Ontario side Alliance United. The right footed attacker plays best as a Striker, Attacking Midfielder, or on the Left Wing.

Previously, Sousa has featured for the Canadian national team at the U-17 level as a 15 year old and spent two years with the Ontario Provincial program.
