Walking Football was initially designed to help get the over 50s back into football and exercise. The main differences between standard football are the two rules of no running and no slide tackles.
Play the game you love but reduce the chances of injury. It's a great way to keep fit, learn skills, have fun and socialise all at the same time!
If you think your footballing days are over then think again!
All the rules are the same but with one big difference, you can only walk -- no running, no sprinting, just walking. Any infractions are penalised by free kicks
