If you don't know where you're going, you're not going to know what route to take to get there. Secondly, you've got to know why you want it. If you know why, that meaningful purpose will drive you to keep working until you get where you want. But you've got to know why. And third, you've got to go get it. You have to have the self discipline to put in the work. Don't let the fear of failure stop you from going after what you want. There is no replacement for hard work.
