Logan’s Brett Thompson averaged roughly 15 points per game but did so much more. Lock-down defense. Flying for loose balls. Finding open teammates. Making big shots himself. Coach Melvin Easley called his point guard a natural leader, noting that Thompson’s presence rubbed off and elevated the Colts, who won league and regional titles.
