Let's Play NBA Basketball Board Game from Cardboard

What to do when you are bored? A doll or a game of basketball? With Sue and Slime Sam it really depends on their mood! A few weeks ago they were giving a makeover to their old Barbie doll and today they are making an amazing tabletop basketball game! There's no limit to their creativity and diverse interests:D

This time Slime Sam was watching their pet rat (a.k.a. Master Splinter) play in her cool cardboard maze... and got a little jealous! The rat spent the whole hour at the basketball court Sue made for her and had so much fun that Sam decided he definitely needed one too... Ok, it might not have been an hour, but still! Basketballs are fun especially when you have a basketball court that goes with them! The regular basketball they had in their apartment was too big for a tiny jelly Slime and the one for rat was obviously too small... What's a poor Slime to do? Go to Susie and complain, of course! Sam knows very well that she is full of creative ideas for homemade DIY games and never disappoints her picky friend.


For this super fun mini-basketball game you will need:

- hot glue;

- scissors;

- a paper knife or a cutting tool;

- images with NBA symbols;

- orange ping-pong balls for table tennis;

- a black Sharpie;

- small white paper or plastic cups;

- a pencil;

- bamboo skewers;

- small flat wooden stick;

- a bottle cap;

- white paper;

- LOTS OF CARDBOARD!


This game is going to be a hit at your next party or a family fun night, we promise! It's a little tedious to make it, takes a lot of patience and a bit of time but you won't regret it! If you like to play mini games that do not require a computer screen or your smartphone, you will definitely love this one.

This game will keep you busy for a while There's nothing better than this feeling when your basketball gets in the little hoop and you can feel the sweet taste of victory;)

Sue and Sam really got into cardboard crafts recently! They already made:

- a creative labyrinth for a rat

- a flipbook animation machine

And many more to come! The interesting DIY cardboard ideas are easy to build, really fun to play with and are impossible to resist! :)

You should ALWAYS ask adults for help though! These crafts often use hot glue and cutting tools and safety comes first, right?
