Perception is one of the most important things to understand when it comes to creating the most efficient angles possible when hitting.

The shoulders are no different... if we have the wrong perception, we will have the wrong angles.

The problem we address in the video is a very common one where a hitter will angle his/her shoulders upwards at the end of the load...

... this happens mainly because of a perception issue... the pitcher is higher in our vision so this makes sense....

... but not for hitting a ball that is below your hands!!

Our vision needs to be up to watch the pitcher, but our shoulders need to be angled down towards the hitting area.
