Baseball Hitting Fix: Dropping Back Shoulder | Pro Speed Baseball

In this video we go over 2 of the biggest reasons of why we drop the back shoulder. The first reason is pulling the head out aggressively and the big muscles in the upper body take over to keep up, resulting in a dropped back shoulder.

The most common reason is when the hitter over rotates the shoulders and torso in result burying the hands behind the body. This puts an obstacle, the body, in between the hands and the path of the ball. The results in attempting to get the body out of the way to get our hands to the ball also resulting in a dropped back shoulder.

Then we will give you two awesome drills to knock out these problems right away and have you swinging with proper shoulder rotation in no time!

I look forward to helping you improve your baseball in the future!
